Breakfast Smoothie For Two

This smoothie is SOOO good. You can have it for breakfast or whenever your heart so likes. I recommend you try it out. You won't regret it! It is simply awesome!

You will need...

- 1/2 cup lowfat or nonfat yogurt (you can use almond milk or soy milk too)
- 3 Tbsp. crushed canned pineapple in it's own juice (not syrup!) you can also use fresh pineapple
- 3/4 cup frozen mango
- 1 whole banana
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup ice

Steps:

- Put all ingredients in a blender and pulse until all blended together.

Be Mine Smoothie

This smoothie is both healthy and delicious. So forgo going out to the local smoothie place and instead make some up at home.

You will need...

- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup nonfat or lowfat yogurt
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 mandarin or half an orange

Steps:

- Put the water, cinnamon, yogurt, and mandarin in a blender and blend until all the ingredients are mixed and the mandarin is now in liquid form.

- Add the frozen fruit to the mixture and blend until you get a smoothie.
