You will need...
- 1/2 cup lowfat or nonfat yogurt (you can use almond milk or soy milk too)
- 3 Tbsp. crushed canned pineapple in it's own juice (not syrup!) you can also use fresh pineapple
- 3/4 cup frozen mango
- 1 whole banana
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup ice
Steps:
- Put all ingredients in a blender
