Recipe- Amazing Homemade Salad Dressing

I always want to incorporate salad into my day, but have a hard time because my palate gets easily bored with salad dressing. Well I have come up with an amazingly simple and delicious recipe. This recipe will probably be too much for one serving unless you are making a huge bowl of salad for a group of people. If that is not that case you can simply store the left overs in the refrigerator for another day. I would say use it within 3 days.

So here is the recipe...

Ingredients:

1 1/2- 2 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard
1 Tbsp. Balsamic Vinaigrette
1/2 a lemon squeezed
3 Tbsp. Olive Oil
Dash of Cayenne pepper
Dash of salt
2 tsp. very finely grated ginger
3 cloves of fresh garlic put through a garlic press

Steps:

1) Add the first 6 ingredients in a bowl and mix with a fork in round motions. The mixture will become thick.
2) Add the grated ginger and the crushed garlic to the above and mix.
3) Put on your salad and enjoy! I know you will!

Note: I recommend you mix up your greens. I had romaine lettuce at home so that is what I used. But, I also love arugula, dandelion, radicchio, and spinach. I also added to my salad an apple sliced very thinly, and used the side of my grater to make super thin cucumber rounds. It was very filling and delicious!
