Snack Idea - Wasa Bread

Sometimes I want something sweet but not too indulgent. I find this snack idea fills my craving! Wasa bread is healthy, low calorie, crunchy, versatile, and yummy! If you are having an issue getting in your fiber or whole grain intake in then Wasa Bread may be your fix. It has about 40 calories per piece with a 2g fiber and 12 g whole grain! Also, 0g sugar! Wow!

Here are 2 snack ideas I love! Sweet or salty.

Snack Idea 1: Sweet

1 Whole Grain Wasa Bread
1-2 tsp. Mara Natha Peanut Butter
1/2 tsp. Honey
Dash of Cayenne for some spice

Prep: Layer in order of the ingredients. You can also omit the honey and use sliced banana's yum!

Snack Idea 2: Salty

2 Whole Grain Wasa Bread
1 wedge Laughing Cow Cheese split vertically (1/2 for each Wasa Bread)
2 small Pickles split in half

Prep: Spread 1/2 the Laughing Cow Cheese on each Wasa Bread and top with 1 sliced pickle. Yum!

Enjoy!
