This smoothie is not only delicious but it is also packed with nutrition. It will keep you full and cool in the hot summer heat. Try it for a wonderful breakfast. The ingredients I used are for 2 very large smoothies.
Ingredients:
2 cups diced papaya
1 1/2 frozen banana
1 cup frozen blueberries
2 cups romaine lettuce
3/4 cup low fat kefir
3/4 cup filtered water
1 tsp bee pollen
4 tsp chia gel
Steps:
Blend all the ingredients in a blender and enjoy!
